What is NOAC?
The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the premier event of the Order of the Arrow, and is Scouting's second-largest national event. Over 10,000 Arrowmen from across our nation gather for an inspirational and unforgettable experience full of fellowship, training, adventure, and fun!  During NOAC, Arrowmen will participate in top notch training sessions, cool recreational opportunities, evening shows full of theatrics and special effects, and exciting programs.

Arrowmen attending the 2015 National Order of the Arrow Conference will get a once in a lifetime souvenir, a special edition red sash. These sashes will differ from those currently worn in that the colors will be reversed, with a white arrow emblazoned on a red sash. The rarity of the sash is noteworthy, as only those present at NOAC 2015 will receive them. Any extras produced will not be sold.

Dates & Tentative Schedule
NOAC 2015 will be held from August 3-8, 2015 at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, and will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Order of the Arrow. Below is a tentative travel schedule:

                        2:00pm      Arrive at NOAC
August 8, 2015 12:00pm    Leave for Camp Miakonda from NOAC

Registration & Payment
All Arrowmen who are registered members of the Boy Scouts of America and have their council's approval, are eligible to participate in the 2015 National Order of the Arrow Conference. All participants must register as a member of a lodge contingent or be a member of the conference staff. The cost to attend will be $600 per contingent member.

To register, fill out the online form at the bottom of this page or see Jennifer Medley at the Council office. A $100 deposit must be paid at the Scout Service Center within 2 weeks of registration to hold your position, and will cover the first payment. The deposit is refundable, minus a 15% service charge, until August 1, 2014.

Payments are required as followed:
Amount Due Date
$100.00 Within two weeks of registration
$75.00 9/1/2014
$75.00 10/1/2014
$75.00 11/1/2014
$75.00 12/1/2014
$75.00 1/1/2015
$75.00 2/1/2015
$50.00 3/1/2015

The $600 fee includes transportation, five night’s housing, five full days of program and training, 14 meals, program and support materials, registration materials, insurance and recognition items.

All payments are to be made either over the phone or in person at the Scout Service Center. Failure to make payments in a timely manner constitutes the possibility of losing your spot to another Arrowman on the wait list. Make sure to keep your receipts in case of a discrepancy.  Should an Arrowman apply and be accepted as a member of the Tindeuchen NOAC 2015 contingent, and then finds he/she cannot attend (after 8/1/14), there is a process to transfer the registration to a person on the waiting list. If no one is on the wait list, the Arrowman who was accepted must make all payments or find another Arrowman to take his/her place. A refund will be issued to the Arrowman unable to attend, minus a 15% service charge, once the next Arrowman from the wait list has caught up on payments.
